Better Never Stops

Despite all the digital innovation in the world very little has transformed Property and Valuations. Until now.

Before a lender can say yes to granting a mortgage for that home, it has to first validate the property and its value. Valocity helps banks do this faster, better and more efficiently.

Valocity was founded by Carmen Vicelich in 2014. Since then Valocity has won countless awards and accolades, launched in Australia and will be the first New Zealand Fintech platform to ever launch in India.

One Smart Platform

Valocity’s intuitive and customisable digital platform automates the entire property valuation process.

Valocity connects the entire ecosystem of lenders, brokers, valuers and customers in one smart platform with machine learning and workflows to create a seamless experience. All while staying on the front foot with compliance and data security.

Our flexible and customisable platform has been built to carve through complicated processes, with speed, agility and security that’s world class.
