Property valuation platform provider Valocity has announced a new partnership today with La Trobe Financial to digitise and streamline commercial property valuations.
The partnership will provide La Trobe Financial with Valocity’s secure property valuation platform to automate its commercial lending and property valuation process. La Trobe Financial identified that a centralised Commercial Valuations Platform would create significant workflow and process efficiencies, particularly when staff are working by email and often remotely.
